Forget the 20 questions, if telecom operators start giving more bandwidth to some services and begin to charge more for VOIP and IM, then the consumers will be badly hit. Consumer Satisfaction will go down. Companies like WhatsApp (owned by Facebook) and Skype (owned by Microsoft) may not have invested in networks and towers like Vodafone, Reliance etc. but they have huge datacenters and servers running 24 x 7.
Charging extra to use these facilities, apart from paying for Internet bandwidth is a bad move and I hope that you rule in favour of Net Neutrality.
