Net neutrality should be made as every one is aware that telecom corp.in INDIA are basicly doesnot provide the exact speed as per what they claim so basicly wat we r paying for we r not actually getting it so for example airtel charges 197₹ for 1gb 3g speed for 28 days ,wat is 3g speed up to hardly people know abt it so rather i am saying not to make it free reduce the charges for example 3g speed ₹50 for 1gb for 30 days, should be fair to all and also advice a strict rule of telecom companies to issues proper speed evry wher  city to town in every street internet is basicly a mode from wer students learn in new ways for education for any means should be reduced rates drasticaly but with inproved speed spread.
