 As a customer i have seen you blocking our message offers and regulating ads ( u say u did) but i dont think we are benefited from that.

The mobile telecom companies are meant to provide service for us but it seems like we are providing them the service. They hike our internet packs, our call rates and when we buy their packs they again wanna regulate whatsapp skype etc.sick and tired of this.we are not being provided with value for money services. They announce plans we recharge and then they take down the palns without even a notification and only when our balance is lost only we would know. I get about 2 to 5 calls daily from my service provider.they are selling us adds but not provide the service they should. Even if i have data pack and have full range they limit me using 3 g services in the same area for long times. there is no consistency in services.
We would want net neutrality. atleast there should be a base plan so that everyone would get a limited amount of data per month. please regulate price hikes, adds and make it a strict when a plan gets expired the user should be notified before the balance is deducted. As of now all the net plans are useless. People should be given choice . A minimum net speed should be induced.and there should be offers meant for user. please regulate these telecom services. They are goin out of hands they just want suck out our money only.
