There should be a provision that requires the telecom companies to provide a minimum internet speed for surfing and downloading contents from the internet, whether it is 3g or 4g.There should be no extra charges by telecom companies  for ota's like what's app or Skype.Companies should switch over to fibre optics for better connectivity.
