I strongly support net neutrality and any legislation which compromises this would seriously impede the development of the country, since such a law would allow providers to differentially price the content that one gets to access on the internet. This will not only increase the digital divide but also seriously hamper the chances of achieving equal opportunity for information access - the only way to achieve equality in India.
