Internet neutrality is must, other wise it will hamper the growth and increase monopoly. As VoIP to VoIP is seen as an alternative to traditional calls by telecoms ,sms replaced .so better solution is ask all telecoms to make package 100 rs recharge gives x calls free, x sms free, x mb data..likewise 199rs plan,299 plan ,399 plan. Make single plan  like sms, call, data costlier..

so users use all SMS , call, VoIP, internet for 100,199,299,399..so fixed revenue telecoms can generate..competing is best solution than blocking,.if you block something there comes an alternative with huge backlash..

So telecoms should offer all services  for fixed charges either prepaid or postpaid.
See my plans... 1 month valid

Plan 99- 99 calls on same network minutes,20 other network minutes 50 SMS any,75mb data.

Plan 149- 150 same nw minutes,50 others,100 SMS,150 mb data.

Plan 199- 200 same nw minutes,200 SMS,100 other nw calls,300 mb data..

Plan 249- 250 same nw,200 SMS,150 other calls, 750mb

Plan 399- 400 same nw,200 othegive lls, 200 sms , 1.25 GB

Plan 599- unlimited same nw,100 sms/day,300 other calls, 5 GB

Plan 799- unlimited same,100 sms/day 600 other calls, 7 GB

Plan 999- unlimited same, 999 other calls, 100sms/day,20gb data..

Plan 1299- unlimited calls, SMS 100/day, 40 GB data.

Top ups applicable per plans..like 1 gb for 99 plan costs 199, 1gb for 1299 costs 49rs.

Normal rates:70 PS  per call/ 1.3 PS per second.
Sms 40 PS...all..

Telecoms can't compete  with VoIP users, blocking means search for new alternative. Solution is just compete and offer all calls, SMS, data..if trai kills internet neutrality, this gets even worse, markets become incompittent, monopoly..just like Flipkart airtel deal..data market degraded to 1 mb 1rupee these days,  2 years back 2 GB 99 rs... COAI group can do anything..please say no to regulation. Ask them to give better plans and increase revenue, use spectrum in efficient way.

I don't remember when I last recharged...most users topup once in 2 months..increase usage offer more, more revenue, more profit, more employment, more development... Blocking, regulating hamper the growth..also remember VoIP calls are not clear than traditional calling..and telecos stop crying foul on Ott players..
