We have come to know that a consultation paper has been released regarding OTT players.And most of the points are in relating to support the mobile operators.This should not be allowed as India is a democratic country and everyone has the freedom of the speech , providing the control over the internet allows operators to put a control of speech by regulating speed and price over the needed Facebook, whatsapp and all and supporting operators like Airtel, Reliance, Idea etc. So operators should not be allowed to charge differently for the OTT service. Anyway operators are charging for the data and due to the players like Whatspp , Facebook data revenue of the operators has increased a lot . 

So again putting a control in net you are allowing the operators benefit and also you violating the freedom of the speech by putting a cost to everything.TRAI should be in the side of consumers and not only allow the operators to make profit a lot.So there should be net neutrality in India.TRAI should support net neutrality and not the greedy telcos
