This is regarding the recent Regulatory Framework that has been proposed for OTT services as per the following articles:

I would like to appeal that you do not go ahead with the proposed regulations since this would be would add additional burden on the users who would have to pay additional charges for different services.

The proposal is also against the Net Neutrality principle which provides a level field in the industry for ll the Operators.
