This is wrt the metering of the data usage that's coming into consideration. Technological revolutions from time to time have washed away many conventionalities and right now the world is headed towards a near zero marginal cost paradigm which means that things and services get cheaper and cheaper to the point of reaching zero cost or almost zero. The initial consequences/signs of such have been the downfall of newspaper and music/ entertainment media industry because of revolutions in the information technology. This is an inevitability and a boon for a common man while it may be hard for businessmen to admit. Technology has eliminated the need for so many jobs and industries in the past and so should we adapt to the rapid changes brought about by technology. The core principles of business may have to change if necessary. That's how we progress, and not by metering every thing offered by technology. The charging of data sounds meaningless and also hinders true progress. I request you to kindly withdraw the new plans that are supposed to be framed. We as humanity are at the cusp of a great transition. On a broader scheme of things internet is an infant super organism connecting every human as a neuron communication of the brain. These silly metering only restricts progress of mankind and is too narrow minded.
