Sir, I am using telecom services from 2002 and we found many changes still now these are useful for public but now many priv. Operators are garbbing the telecom market making unhealthy competition in them . And this is also direct attack on public by various billing process. I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS OTT BILLING SYSTEM . And we ask them by you to provide quality data services with honest billing. Please consider my view in making decision
