Hi

This is to inform you that we detest the setup of additional charges for allegedly Over The Top(OTT) services provided by Telecom Service Providers(TSP).

As of today, we the consumers already pay for the usage of data services and this should include all applications which are based on data. There is no rationale to charge the consumers separately for applications which do not cost the Service Provider anything extra as an operational cost.

Do please take note of our concern.
