Dear Sir/Mam,

Please don't support the greedy TELCO companies. 

If the whatsapp,facebook etc are charged extra India's net penetration will again go down. It will effect a lot of people like us, as it will not be possible for me to bear such expenses. And it will also hurt economy if people stop using mobile internet. It will be a step backward.

Please consider this things and don't regulate the OTTs.
