I am a low income urning railway employee of India but lives my life well informed and updated with technology but what TRAI is going to regulate OTT or bringing any internet service under a license framework is not fair.

Please don't regulate OTT or any other internet service under greedy telecom companies license's.

Please keep net neutrality. It would allow a user like me to live a life more comfortably.
