I would like to state that

1. OTTS should not be licensed If yes because livelihoods of thousands of web developers who make web products for a living will be threatened, negatively impacting 'Make in India'.

2. Should we leave net neutrality undecided and let the market in future decide its fate, there will be big businesses buying their way through our bandwidths and the new cash strapped tech startups will not be able to realise their full potential, injuring the Prime Minister's dream of creating a silocon valley in our country.
