Respected Sir/Ma'am, 

Your only concern cannot be the telecom companies that are supposedly bleeding to maintain net neutrality. There are businesses that survive on the internet. There is a tech startup boom in the country and around the world. As a government that is trying to encourage brilliance within the country, you cannot go ahead such a draconian move. I request you, as a citizen, a consumer of the internet services provided by OTTs and a believer in the power of this country, please DO NOT go against Net Neutrality. You are going to suffocate the few freedoms we have been bestowed. Do NOT compel the public to go against the law. Do NOT vote against Net Neutrality. We request you to find better ways to help telcos and other OTTs. 4
