First let me applause the effort put in asking for people's opinion.
I'll get straight to the point, the main use of internet in India is casual communication. Skype etc are being used even in rural areas. If Skype is charged extra, lets say at rs 4.5/min, people would simply stop using it. Especially the poorer people. There has been a smart phone revolution and people have INVESTED in their phones. Dont take it away from us.
Telecom companies earn more than enough profits and their greed knows no bound. Be the saviour. Do the right thing.
