I'm writing to you to express the absolute importance of Net Neutrality laws in India.

We're at a unique junction in our civilization where all our information is easily, readily and comfortably accessible to all those who need it. The free flow of information on the internet is crucial to advance our country to the next century. Unfortunately, our ISPs would like to place curbs on this flow of information by prioritizing profit over knowledge. While we all understand that telecom operators must make money, they are currently unprecedentedly profitable. 

We are happy to pay well for internet access, but once we have this access, there should be no restrictions on how we use the internet. TRAI has the opportunity to set in stone net neutrality laws that will protect and guarantee internet freedom for all generations to come. This is a responsibility TRAI must take seriously. 

I have absolute trust in you to safeguard our freedom of access to information and I hope you set a precedent in the world in creating the best net neutrality laws.
