Dear Sir/Mam,

I read about TRAI considering to regulate OTT service's charges.

I think it would be a very bad decision. 

Internet is one of the only open medium of communication in India and it helps thousands of youngsters to talk and learn about lots of stuff; that family and society restricts.

Indian society as a culture is very restrictive and doesn't promote open-learning. This decision will just prove that more.

It would be my sincere request to not go ahead with this. This is the opinion of majority of people whom I talk to on a daily basis. I will also urge them to write a mail to you.
