Dear Sir/Ma'm,

As a citizen of India, we have fundamental right to speech and share our opinion in the decision making which may affect us.

Today, I cam to know that a provision may come in future for Telcom companies which will affect the net neutrality. They will be able to charge extra or affect download speeds for specific websites or sources.

This will greatly affect the way people get the information. Currently, lot of people use youtube, facebook etc. to upgrade their skills and/or use that for their living which in turn helps Indians to get more knowledge and with more options for business.
But due to the provision, it will affect their learning and business. Fruthermore, they will be dependent on Telecom companies discretion for their bread and butter. I would strongly oppose that step.

I strongly believe in equal rights and unbiased information for all the citizens. People with less resources are already fighting for their living and this will worsen their options.

So, I am requesting you to support net neutrality rather than to support telecom companies.

Thanks & Regards,
Vivek Agrawal
