Dear sir/ma'am

I didn't know telcos could stoop to such lows. This is an unacceptable violation of freedom of speech. We are not a nation like China or North Korea whose government will start censoring and limiting everything the people use.
I am a student in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University of Delhi, and I use NPTEL videos to a great extent. YouTube is sometimes the major source of my studies. Passing this act will deeply affect every single student of your country because our generation uses the internet to a great extent for every possible thing in our lives.
Kindly consider my petition to you and be kind enough to not pass such an act. Internet neutrality is an important aspect of any nation's democratic values. Passing such an act is exactly opposite to that.
