This is my perspective about net neutrality If the cost accessing the internet is highered the everyone will not have access to the resources in the world. This would let knowledge rest in the hands of only few people in our country. As there is already concentration of wealth and power in the hands of very few people in the India, even knowledge is also  made inaccessible to common man then our country would no longer remain democratic of what is left of it.
