I am against of the thinking of the TRAI for asking the extra money for different applications like Whats App, FB , and other e- commerce apps that we have installed to our phone.
Why should we pay you extra money.????  According to the Indian CONSTITUTION , we have the Right to Speak , Right to  Express. So, this are our Fundamental right and we are not bound to pay for acquiring our Fundamental Rights ... !! We are purchasing the tariff recharges as per our requirements. U can not bound us.
