         Above of subject I m very disappointing..., in these time 83% people access net via mobile or tablet..., & 32% growth rate per year to use internet via mobile or tablet.
& u think so its high time to increase data plan rate or individual plan for individual app to make money for  telecommunication company.., its very wrong coz India is developer country these increasing price of plan affect on our middle class group
So plz trai authority plz humble request reject this bullshit rule or plan
