I know that you would have thought something about this. But most of the people do not have computers or laptops to access the internet. So they use android mobiles and smart phones for less bills of Internet. And most importantly many of the teenagers us apps like whatsapp and FB for messaging because it is cheap and if you will charges for those apps what will we do??? Every person does not comes from a rich family most of us come from a middle class family. So I am against it.
