    I want to ask you one question why you want stop internet neutrality because this is my right to live in digital world. These mobile operators already increased tariff to three times higher. Now they want separate charges they don't to focus on quality of service. I m getting only 512kbps speed in 3G and 40kbps in 2G. And you say i will pay 500 rs for this third class service. Kindly think once again for this bullshit idea.
