I request you to not grant permission for charges against individual applications. It will double the cost to normal consumer (or even thrice for many customers). Which is totally against the humanity. And it's cruel thing to do. You are taking rights of people to communicate if you are granting this permission. I Kindly request you to not give permission on this regards.
