I am writing this email to show my support for net neutrality. I don't want TRAI to regulate OTT players. These Telecom companies just want to have double benefit. They are JUST Money hugger. I am a customer and I was using SMS packs before I started using Whatsapp and Viber. But now Instead of having a SMS pack I am Having an INTERNET PACK. Internet packs are more costly than the SMS packs. For eg.  sms pack is just for Rs. 37 which gives you 370 SMS. for 30 days. And an internet pack which costs Rs.102. Gives only 300MB 3g Data for 21 Days. Isn't using whatsapp and facebook costlier than using traditional SMS??? And when I come to whatsapp calls , These calls also require Internet and you have to spend your MBs to use these calls. It will take too much time for INDIA to completely rely on VOIP calls. 99% people are using traditional calls only.   I am requesting you from the depth of my heart not to support these Telecom companies. They just want more money and double benefit. Please Please plzzz.... Save The Internet.
