In India all Telecom Operator Want to Chage us for using Whatzapp , Facebook , Viber Etc .. Its upon to TRAI to decide regarding the matter but before that consider the following points:

1. Telecom operator are saying us to pay Re 1 - Rs 2 for every SMS and while we are using Whatapp ETC .. we are not paying any single penny as we are using it through Net Pack of Telecom operator or else our personal Wifi service. So instead of forcing us to pay Rs 1 or Rs 2 .. Why Telecom operator not using the same Practice that is used by Facebook , Viber or Whatzapp .. So that we will remain stick with our Operator and using their service for the same Nominal Rate.

2. They are selling us Net pack at upto Rs 200/Month for 1 GB under 2g or 3g plan ... weather there is any criteria of Speed ... There 3G service is much slower than Normal Broadband of 256Kbps .. TRAI must conduct survey on This and slap penelty if found necessary.

3. in case TRAI do decesion in favour of Telecom operator ... TRAI must watch before how these services is regulated all around the world instead of looking at India only.

4. Telecom network if want to charge us specifically for any service .. grant them chance only if we use there Net Pack plan ... If we use our own Wifi or broadband service then they must not charge us for the same as we are not using there Internet Gateway.
