We cannot think of bringing this law to support greedy Telco companies, Government should stand against such lobbying which is not beneficial for the public. 

If Data traffic is more and cost of infrastructure is more then increase the price of Data plans? Why regulate OTT? This smells of pure greed.

I would never support this and would want internet to be free than with regulators. Even if this is brought as law, I'm sure people would file a PIL and challenge this in court.
