India has been able to ride the IT boom inspite of poor bandwidth connectivity because of cheap,quality labour . Now to go to the next level it needs to have all enablers in place. However by removing net neutrality, you are bent on throwing India back to the pre Internet age. Please have better sense prevail and stop this nonsense in its bus.
