I am sending this mail to let you know my view on the much publicized plan to charge usage fee for certain mobile applications running through he medium of Internet.

I feel that this policy would be a major blow for the strive towards Net Neutrality and is an anti-development movement. Also considering the technology shift happening in India from 2G/3G to LTE, where normal audio circuit is not present, voice calls will solely dependent on Voice over IP/IMS protocols ( which is what Skype/Whatsapp/Viber already uses).

In my humble opinion, Telecom operator should come up with their own innovative ways to deal this and not be burdening common man.
