I, Nitesh Tilwani, of 27/1A CIT ROAD, KOLKATA-700014, am writing this so as to request TRAI to support Net Neutrality and allow unrestricted access to Internet to the growing masses. The reasons why I make such a request is as follows:
1. Internet has become a new tool for people to expand their knowledge in a very cost efficient way. If channels were to be introduced, the low income group would find it difficult to access knowledge portals as they might have to shell extra money.
2. It will make it unreasonably harsh for use customers as we will have to shell more money for everything we do.
3. Anti-Competitive- Regulated useage and speeds on different e-commerce sites would be detremental to competition and fair pricing.
4. The consumers would be let to the mercy of the ISPs as our rights would be restricted by them completely.

Please see into the above issues before arriving at any conclusions. We hope that your fine sense of judgement would help promote consumer welfare and development.
