Please don't even think of getting this in India, as we are not yet ready and its to early to get into this. We must wait for at least 5 yrs to decide what best can be done . If you go this way that is worst . Internet will not be a zone where is learning and other productive stuff can be done . If really want some rules to come then let custmores pay extra for porn sites  that will be help leave the rest as it is .
