On one hand cities are getting free Wi-Fi as smart cities program and charging amount for apps is like that water is free but you have to pay for glass for drinking it. But the glass manufacturer don't want money for these glasses but this money is required by those people who are giving space for keeping glasses . that doesn't make any sense . it's just a backward step for india
