This is resiculos. This telecom companies wants that for text msg we prefer their text msgs instead of other instant messenger... but why would choose their plan when they are increaing price datly by day.
On one side our pm Narendra Modi is forcing us to go techsavy and this step of telecom companies will ruin PM's dream of actual digital India..
I am against Net Neutrality.
If this will applied then snartphone will be dream for poor peoples.
