It has come to my attention that you have sought for advice from internet users on the request from telcos companies on charging OTT services. I am totally against this monopoly of telecoms. I am a Network engineer and I know how technology works. 

Let me bring to your attention that with advancement of 4G, telecom will also use internet to provide there basic call and message services. So basically these telcos are going to be the future wireless ISP's only. Also, if i have already paid for my data package, why should I pay for using free internet applications. Its like if I buy a bottle water and put some lemon and sugar in it, the shopkeeper has right to charge me extra saying he sold me a lemonade.

If this regulation is passed it will be most unethical regulation ever. Please do not betray the trust of millions of internet users in India.
