Dear concern,
             I saw a news about internet neutrality that you are going to impose additional cost of using apps on the smartphones for using the internet.
It seems creepy as you already aware that india is a growing internet subscriber base and growth will be declined if this decision would be taken.

Requesting you to re-think on this decision and help the internet users grow in india.
