I am writing in support of net neutrality.

Some companies want to charge different rates for different types of data. But this is like the skin color discrimination against Indians in the British raj.

We all live in the same country and there should be same rules for all. I am ok with raising the Broadband rates overall or capping data usage but it should be a common cap, not for specific apps like whatsapp or Skype. I am appealing to you to let India remain a pluralistic Society.
