The way, I found out it is, If We are gonna pay for Single Apps or Websites than their Server will pay more attention to paid user and paid Websites or Apps. And It may lead to slow down the more common Websites and Apps. Another Way I see it, is It is just like a Greedy Dog Story. If we let them do this soon they are gonna find out which websites or Apps are more accessed or used and surely they will add them to their paid Apps and Websites. Soon the Regular user will be cut off from Many of Websites and Apps.

Imagine a Situation, I'm a Student and looking for a book on Google, I found out a evaluation copy of that book and found out its useful then I thought Maybe I should buy it but I ca't Because Flipkart and Amazon are Paid. Today Internet is Part of Freedom.

So, In my Opinion Net Neutrality Should be Left Undecided.
