Its totally unfair. most of the users are not able to mail the government. they are totally unaware of this but when it comes....it may be possible that they can't afford these high prices of Telecom companies. They can't pay separate plan prices. It doesn't matter for high profile people but its not possible for every middle class men.  So it's a kind request to the government to forbade them to do so....
