There are billion of apps in smart phone market and every day the apps counting is rising and in my thought if the user is using smart phone he/she should have access to all the apps and its related data anytime any where using internet. Making such rules and regulations on Internet just for the profit generation for telecom companies will not only make the internet limited for everyone, but internet worse.

Now a days max users uses google for search, facebook for social networking and whatsapp for instant messaging, licensing OTTS will hold the internet usage and implementing such kind of rules will not be favored by me.

I am against this thought.
