Please do not apply extra charges for applications.the telecom companies just want to make money.they donot even care about the people of the country.if you increase the prize then it will directly effect the monthly budget of a middle class person.
i request you please do not apply extra charges for apps.
even Trai  will have to ask telecom companies to free roaming all over india.
