Sir,                                                                   Regarding above subject I oppose for additional hike for apps.  (OTT).                        The reason for that all new smart phone r net based n apps r related to net that means the base to use any app is Internet. So if basic requirement is Internet then why use of app should be charged differently.                      Secondly using any app u have to download it it is in some MB the charges of we have already paid as data charges any upload or download is done using its data plan for which we have already subscribed.            Thirdly new smart phone like apple Samsung and others r app based n net based so compulsory we have to use net for them then if net is being used why should app be charged.                                                   Lastly all these telecommunications service providers used certain terms and new words for bifurcation just to add profit for them as now Net Neutrility so, what is the purpose for this is to increase additional income for them.
