Dear sir,

All the companies till now have already increased there data plans and now again they are willing to increase plans on the names of net neutrality.  This is reduliclus,  this should not happen ever. On more thing all the companies provides too weak communication network services even in delhi, all of them are willing to make more and more money but there is no money  spend on infrastructure.  Please make some more rules so that they have to provide good network and also good Internet speed which even in 20/30 kbps in 3g packs. Please look in to this matter seriously.  This is a matter we all youth much concerned about.
