  We shouldn't allow differential tariff for OTT services.  TSPs are earning their money on data volume on each and every byte that goes through the network irrespective of type of service.   In today's world and in the future, data connectivity is an essential service similar to electricity or water.  How the electricity or water is consumed is not the business of the distributor.   How the data connectivity is used is not the business of the TSP.   Introducing differential pricing will curb innovation of new services, growth of user base and this goes against the government vision of connectivity for everyone.   This is a retrograde step that prevents India from evolving to the next wave of technology.

  I support net neutrality.   Please don't allow differential pricing and different speeds OTT services.
