The way TELE CO`s are doing to raise the rate it clearly indicates that they don`t hv seperate plan increase their income,so they through all sort of loads on customers,which is totally unethical practices,rather its against the SOCIO-ECONOMIC POLICY of the country,as it will derail the opportunities for the medium and poor section of the societies..
