I had read today news, that mobile companies planning to apply differ charges on customers for web services. The idea is totally worst, rather than all cellular company/ Govt should develop their apps like whatsapp, Twitter/ Facebook to shut off monopolies of US company. if  India based company would develop such a things than interception also be accomplish successfully by law enforcement to control law & order. by this mobile company also charged for their application as like value added service.
