Hi,

I am against a regulatory framework for Internet-based calling and messaging applications and support Net Neutrality. I shouldn't be forced to pay extra when I am already paying to use the internet for such services. 

This is a worldwide issue and countries like Netherlands, USA and Canada have seen a number of debates which don't end well for the organizations and governments who implement such drastic measures.
