I am sending this email to register my support to keep internet free and open. I strongly urge you to not to regulate OTTs or bring any service under a licensed framework. 

I am a technology entrepreneur who is running world's one of the leading mobile analytics company. If proposed changes to the current free form of internet are implemented, it would severely dent chances for an upstart like us to compete with bigger players. Internet in its current form is a thriving bed of innovations that is propelling India's technology sector at a global platform and it is in the best interest of economy as well as consumers to keep internet free and neutral.
