This is in refrence of supporting net nuetrality by me..its a request not to regulate OTTS or bring any service under license framework. As it will affect the common man much severely and also the students like me who don't get the previledge of going to IITs and building up a career. Students like me enhance their capabilities by doing self study which is possible through google search engine. I here by request you to support net nuetrality.
